How does it work?

You have to register your phone number with us. When you call the access number you will hear how much credit you have and then you can enter your destination number.


Do I have to cancel any existing phone services that I have?

No. When you use our service you have to dial our access number and our system will recognize you by your phone number. While you have dialed our local access number, there is no other carrier involved and you can keep your current long distance service if you wish to.


Do I need any special phone or PIN number?

No. You can use the service by any phone and while you have registered your phone number, you don’t need any PIN number.


What if I want to make a call from another phone number?

You can add unlimited phone numbers to your account. But if for any reason you don’t want add a phone number you can use the service by the PIN number provided to you.


Are there any contracts or agreements to sign?

No. You are not required to sign any contracts or agreements.


Dose the balance ever expires?

No. There is no expiration date for the account


How long will it take before my account is available for use?

Your account will be available for use immediately after you activate the service.


How do I recharge and check usage report?

You can Login to our web site and check your usage report or recharge your account. You can also call customer service at 1 888 670 4896


How do I change my phone numbers?

You can either call us or logging to our web site.


Is there any speed dial option?

Yes. You can add up to 9 numbers to your phone book (speed dial). Either call us or login to do that.


What if use the service by my cell phone? Any extra charges?

No. There are no extra charges. You will only use your air time on your cellular phone.


Is there any Toll Free Number?

Yes. You can use our Toll free number from anywhere in USA & Canada. There would be a 3 cents per minute additional charge.

How doest it work?

By subscribing to this service, you will get a virtual Tehran or Mashhad local number. Any calls made to this number from Iran, will be routed to your phone number anywhere in the world. For your callers, all calls made to this Phone number will be priced as a local Iran call.


There are 2 types of plans.

A- Per minute – no extra fees
B- Monthly – Unlimited calls from Iran


Do I need any special phone or PIN number?

No. There is no PIN number or special phone number. You just give us the destination number you want to receive the calls on.


Are there any contracts or agreements to sign?

No. You are not required to sign any contracts or agreements. This is a monthly based service which will be renewed at the beginning of every billing cycle unless you call and cancel it.


How long will it take before my account is available for use?

Your account will be available for use immediately after you activate the service.


Can I use my cell for destination number?

YES. There is no extra charge if you want to receive calls on you cell. Just make sure you have unlimited incoming calls on your cell because when you receive calls o your direct line you are using your incoming air time.


What is the unlimited plan?

This is a flat rate service. By subscribing to our unlimited calls from IRAN plan you pay a monthly fee and you can receive unlimited calls from Iran and talk as much as you want. There is no maximum usage like some other providers. It is real unlimited and we have users who talk more than 6000 minutes per month!!!
